CWOK CHICKEN STIR FRY

Ingredients:

  • 4 x skinned chicken breasts sliced length wise
  • 1 x large pkt ready prepaired stir fry veg (fine) woolworths best
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 table spoons froggit wok sauce
  • 1 tablespoon froggit jalapeno medium chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon froggit wild rosemary and garlic oil

Method:

  1. In a wok heat 2 tablespoons froggit wild rosemary oil
  2. Add stir fry vegatables and cover with lid for 1 minute
  3. Remove lid and add wok sauce, and cover for 1 minute
  4. Then add the water, tamarind sauce stiring all the time

Chicken:

  1. In a separate pan heat 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  2. When hot add chicken and Froggit Jalapeno Chilli Sauce
  3. Stiring all the time should only take about two to three minutes, don’t overcook
  4. pour chicken into wok with stir fry vegetables and fold in, serve on rice
